We had the pleasure of engaging Sogence to deliver management core competency training for our organization.  The feedback from our managers was overwhelmingly positive.  Many shared that, while they were initially skeptical about attending another management training, they left the sessions with renewed knowledge, understanding, and confidence.  The sessions were highly interactive and focused on real-world challenges that managers face every day.  Participants not only learned from Lisa and her team’s expertise but also from one another, as sharing experiences and asking questions were integral parts of the program.  Partnering with Lisa has been an exceptional experience.
