This “deeper-dive” skill-building program for more experienced managers moves beyond the core competencies required to effectively manage and supervise your team and delves into higher-level areas of knowledge, practices and skills needed to be a great manager or supervisor and elevate your management impact.

This Training is Ideal For:
Managers and supervisors with at least 18 months of experience

Past participants of the Sogence program “Core Competencies for Managers and
Supervisors at All Levels.”
