Our intensive and engaging "Core Competencies" training enables managers and supervisors at all levels to gain crucial skills to strengthen their teams and organizations for the long term. This program is ideal for managers or supervisors with 18 months of experience or less, AND more experienced managers looking to refresh and hone their skills.
